We receive numerous calls from Afghans living in Germany who are worried about their family and friends in Afghanistan or the region and fear for their lives. As a non-governmental organisation, we unfortunately have no direct means of enabling people to leave the country. Humanitarian admission of refugees or resettlement programmes are only done through the UN Refugee Agency or state and national governments.
