Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Training Curriculum for Public Sector Employees
The DEI Training Curriculum for Public Sector Employees was designed to empower executives employed in the public bodies and to develop knowledge of diversity management practices. Based on the Baseline Assessment conducted in the first months of the PROGEDI implementation, field experience in delivering corporate DEI training sessions and available best practices and exchanges with other EU Diversity Charters, the Curriculum aims to empower participants to proactively understand and own how multi dimensional identities contribute to unique experiences of oppression or privilege between colleagues and practices to promote more inclusive workplaces.
