Toolkit for the Implementation of “Brown-Bag” Session
The Toolkit aims to support, mainly, HR professionals, People & Culture professionals, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) professionals and practitioners, Senior Managers in the replication and implementation of dialogue sessions by providing resources and guidance. It was adapted with lessons learned throughout the project and enhanced with specific case studies. The Toolkit offers lessons learned from the IRC internal dialogue sessions as well as the piloted cross-company dialogue sessions in Greece, practical steps to engage employees in the company via listening sessions and interviews to collect feedback on opportunities, urgent needs and barriers to DEI within companies/organisations and, methods to implement dialogue sessions and engage the academic and research community in a DEI strategy. The toolkit was adapted with lessons learned throughout the project and enhanced with specific case studies. The Toolkit is available in English and Greek.
