Crises & Issues
Greece currently hosts approximately 50,000 refugees, most of whom will remain in the country. The International Rescue Committee ensures these refugees understand their rights and provides them with job training, and psychosocial support so that they can rebuild their lives.
The International Rescue Committee provides life-saving health and protection services to crisis-affected and vulnerable Libyans, refugees and migrants in Libya affected by conflict, protracted displacement and climate shocks.
The IRC provides emergency and long-term support to people affected by compound crises across Lebanon.
The IRC is working with Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit, educational organization behind “Sesame Street,” in support of millions of children in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq.
