The IRC in Atlanta’s Immigration team is working on a digitization project to allow for enhanced record-keeping and client follow-up. We are seeking volunteers to assist in manual and digital document management, client follow-ups, and case closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Scan and organize client case files
- Follow up with clients regarding case status
- File documents into digital database
- Assist team with case closeouts
Requirements:
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong digital literacy
- Background check required
- Must submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Must track and log hours volunteered monthly via our online volunteer dashboard
Minimum Commitment:
- As this role will require specialized training, a minimum commitment of 3 hours per week for 6 months is required
