Responsibilities/Tasks
- Outreach to IRC clients to inform them of the Family Reunification program.
- Collection and scanning of necessary documents to complete applications.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure timely collection of documents.
- Other duties as assigned by Family Reunification Team.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Pass and IRC background check
- Availability M-F 9-5 PM
- Cultural awareness working with clients
- Comfortable working with translators both over the phone and in person
