Our analysis shows that millions of ‘people caught in crisis’ - people living in conflict, and/or who are displaced within their own countries or across borders – are in fact being left behind. Failure to take action now means that the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) will not be met, undermining the credibility of the international community and leaving millions to die unnecessarily.

Paul Mwingwa and his family was resettled in Missoula by the IRC in 2018. Although he didn't initially set out to be a voice for refugees, he feels he has been called to serve and currently advocates for refugees and immigrants as the Montana Delegate for the Refugee Congress. In response to the COVID-19, or coronavirus, pandemic, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Salt Lake City is working hard to ensure the refugees we serve, and other immigrants in the community, are informed about the virus.
