Following the successful pilot and evaluation of an intimate partner violence (IPV) prevention program in Uganda, the International Rescue Committee’s (IRC) research and design teams sought a partner that was able to scale the faith-based program at the national level. To better understand the cost implications of scaling this program outside of the IRC, the Best Use of Resources (BUR) team developed a scenario
model to help the team, and potential partners, to answer key questions.
