The International Rescue Committee is excited to launch a new multi-year project in the United States called the Center for Adjustment, Resilience, and Recovery (CARRE). CARRE’s work focuses on providing quality mental health and psychosocial support services for children and families who have experienced forced displacement by acting as a bridge between refugee/immigrant and mental health providers. CARRE’s aim is that people and agencies providing these services are trauma-informed, culturally appropriate, and guided by best practices. Learn more about CARRE in this introduction one-pager.
