The International Rescue Committee’s Ethics and Compliance Unit (ECU), created in 2016, issues its first Annual Report summarizing the development of the unit and its work in 2019. The ECU ensures that the IRC integrates a culture of integrity, prevention, risk identification and mitigation at all levels of the organization and in accordance with the IRC Way, our values and the law.
