The International Rescue Committee, in partnership with CDA Collaborative Learning Projects, conducted a research project to develop and test strategies to assist humanitarian staff to process and use feedback from their beneficiaries more systematically in making program decisions. The study was conducted across over 50 refugee and IDP-serving NGOs in Uganda. Results suggest that even simple, light-touch interventions may shift practitioner behavior towards greater use of feedback.
