This document reflects on the one-year response to Storm Daniel, which devastated Libya's eastern coast, highlighting the critical interventions made by five leading international aid agencies (Acted, IMC, IRC, NRC, and PUI) in addressing the immediate needs of flood-affected communities. It details achievements in WASH, health, protection, and livelihood support, while also identifying ongoing needs in healthcare, mental health, livelihoods, education, and system strengthening.
