The IRC is with them every step of their journey, helping families find a safe place to live, showing parents how to enroll children in school, and connecting adults with English classes and employment programs. Volunteer  

Offering your time and talents enriches the mission and scope of our efforts, empowering those we serve to rebuild their lives. Whether working directly with refugees, helping to find employment and affordable housing, or providing support behind the scenes, your contributions are valuable and appreciated by our staff and those we impact. 

Become an ESL Tutor for Youth & Adults 

Support our Education & Learning and Youth Program students by contributing your talent to assist students who are learning English or other subjects! 

Help Us Find Affordable Housing 

Reach out to help us connect with housing partners or opportunities. We have received many offerings from community members to house newly arriving refugees in their homes. While we are deeply grateful, the IRC arranges for refugee families to rent their own apartments or houses as we feel it is a more sustainable solution that respects the inherent dignity of the people we serve.
