Looking for the perfect gift this holiday season? How about the gift of providing a warm winter welcome and holiday cheer to refugee families?
With your help this winter, we can make sure that newly arrived refugeees have the crucial items they need (and gifts they want!) this holiday season.
How can you help?
Sign up here to support a refugee or entire family by purchasing gifts from their holiday wishlists.
All you need to do is choose a recipient, take a look at their wishlisht, and have fun shopping!
When choosing your gifts, please keep in mind that refugee families arrive with their own set of religious and cultural beliefs, which may differ from your own. We ask that you please avoid religious gifts and messages. While they may be well intended, they may not be percieved that way by families as they become acclimated to life in Los Angeles.
When do we need the gifts by?
Please ensure gifts are delivered by Friday, December 11th, 2020. Our staff, interns, and volunteers will be delivering gifts to families throughout the holiday season.
Gifts can be shipped or delivered to the IRC-LA office: IRC Holiday Gift Drive, 625 N. Maryland Ave., Glendale, CA 91206.
*** Please be sure to label each gift with the family and person identifier (e.g. Family A: Boy age 6) found on the Signup link.***
