August 8-11, the IRC in Oakland's New Roots program hosted its second week-long summer camp for refugee and immigrant youth. This year, 14 youth from Guatemala, Mexico, Iraq, Afghanistan, Burma, Eritrea, Thailand, and Nepal joined together for five days of fun exploring the natural beauty of the Bay Area. Thank you to Whole Foods Market Oakland for providing a day's healthy lunch!
