We are excited to announce open enrollment for FREE English classes! If you're 18 years or older and a resident of New York State, this is your opportunity to improve your English skills at no cost.

Enrollment Details:

• Last Day to Enroll: Thursday, January 9th, 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Location: IRC Office

Please Note:

• The enrollment process will take approximately 1 hour, not including wait time.
• You must bring a valid ID with you.
• You must be 18 years or older and a resident of New York State.
