IRC Wichita’s February Cooking Demonstration was a Success

In February, the IRC Wichita hosted its first cooking demonstration led by a former IRC client, Abdul. IRC Wichita thanks all our event attendees for attending and Abdul for his expert guidance. A special thank you to First Church of the Brethren for their hospitality and allowing us to host our event at their church.

Guests enjoyed cooking tutorials and opportunities to practice making two different meals. Attendees were also surprised with warm, homemade naan made by Abdul’s wife to go along with their meal. See all of our photos on Facebook here.
