On November 15, 2018, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) awarded the International Rescue Committee in Dallas a grant in the amount of $1,000 to provide fee waivers to clients who are in the process of applying to adjust their status to legal permanent resident.  The fee waivers will cover costs of the USCIS Form I-693, the Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, a mandatory form that is required for all immigrants applyed for Adjustment of Status.

The IRC in Dallas is grateful for the support of the DAYL, which will alleviate some of the financial burden placed on IRC clients.
