Every year, the IRC in Los Angeles welcomes hundreds of refugees, asylees, and other humanitarian immigrations to Southern California. 

Our Reception and Placement (R&P) team provides resettlement services to these new arrivals. Securing short and long-term housing is just one of the many ways our R&P team accomplishes its mission. 

 

 

Our Welcome Home Volunteers help our R&P team go the extra mile by ensuring these new homes are warm and welcoming. They accomplish this by procuring the essential home goods and furnishings needed to furnish homes.
