If you believe you have observed a violation of the International Rescue Committee's code of conduct (The IRC Way), you may file an ethics report in one of these ways:
No matter how your concern is raised, the IRC will take it seriously and act on it. Whenever possible, we will provide you with the status of our investigation.
Anonymity and confidentiality
You may file an ethics report anonymously. If you choose to identify yourself when making a report, the IRC will endeavor to keep your information confidential, sharing it only on a need-to-know basis among those directly handling or overseeing the issues you reported.
