One of the ways to support refugee students to feel a sense of belonging is to buddy them up with other students.

This resource is for teachers to use when training students to become 'buddies' to welcome refugee/asylum-seeking students to your school. Students work through the booklet each session with a member of staff and will have tasks to complete before their next session. This booklet is to be used alongside Being a Buddy Training Slides.
