AFFADVIT OF RELATIONSHIP PROGRAM (OAR) INTERNSHIP

Internship Description:

The Affidavit of Relationship (AOR) Program Intern will work within the Resettlement Department at the IRC Wichita, KS Office.  The Intern will serve as the subject expert on AOR related matters. S/he will work with office staff, clients and relevant partners to identify potential AOR recipients, explain program requirements, gather data and documentation; prepare and submit AOR forms and follow up with the IRC Head Quarters, the Refugee Processing Center (RPC) as necessary.

 

LEGAL ASSISTANT INTERN, IMMIGRATION PROGRAM

Internship Description:

The Legal Assistant Intern will work with the Immigration Specialist and Community Integration Coordinator on immigration matters related to the resettlement of refugees/asylees in the United States. The position is UNPAID.

IRC in Wichita is recognized and accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) within the US Department of Justice (DOJ) to provide immigration legal services.
